August 2006.... Jackie Arine of Westerly Jack Russells passed away. We asked her friend, Cindy Hancock of CH Kennels, to say a few words about the woman who was Westerly. Please see what she wrote here.
January 2006...The ARTFC registry was forwarded to the AKC FSS Department for inclusion into the Russell Terrier Foundation Stock. Thank you to our three board members who worked 13 hours a day for 5 days on two computers to produce a first class documented registry to go forward with full AKC recognition in the future! Application has been made for the ARTFC to become an AKC licensed and recognized club. We are now taking applications for new members. Even if you previously registered dogs with the ARTFC you still must apply for membership. Membership is open to all persons in good standing with the AKC.
